These are our regular scheduled group classes. They are 1 hour long. With the LTD Unlimited Membership you are able to come to as many LTD Classes as you like.
These are mandatory 1 on 1 sessions required before entering the regular classes. (May not be needed if proof of previous CrossFit Training is presented) They are necessary to ensure you are doing the movements safely, as well as give you some confidence before entering the group sessions. In each fundamental session you will learn new skills as well do a WOD (“Workout of the day”) scaled to your fitness and skill level. The sessions will progressively get more difficult and technical to gradually get you ready for the LTD Classes.
