Coach

Chris first came across CrossFit in 2014 after finishing university and competing in team sports. Since then his passion for moving functionally has been addictive. He began coaching in 2016 with the desire to pass on his experiences from competing in local CrossFit competitions. Chris is also studying Chiropractic’s and believes it is synonymous with CrossFit’s ability to make us move and feel well. So here is to moving safely and efficiently whilst having some fun.
